A small Jakarta team that knows how the city works.
We started Jakarta Concierge because the same questions kept coming from friends, colleagues and visitors: where to stay, who to trust, how to get across town on time.
Jakarta is our home. We know its neighbourhoods, its restaurants, its traffic and its paperwork, and we know the drivers, guides, agents and specialists who do good work.
We keep the team small on purpose. You deal with one person who knows your plans and preferences, backed by a network of partners we have vetted ourselves.
How we choose partners
- We meet everyone we work with, and use them ourselves before we send them to clients.
- Visas and legal work go only to licensed agents and professionals.
- We drop partners who don't meet our standard, and we ask every client for feedback.
