Clear prices, no surprises.
Our fee is shown separately from what we pay others. Cars, tickets, visa agent fees and similar costs are passed on at cost, and every quote is confirmed before you pay.

Prices in Indonesian rupiah. US dollar quotes are available for companies. Bookings that need research or third-party payments start with a deposit.
Pricing questions
Why do you show partner costs separately?
So you can see exactly what you're paying for. If a car costs us a certain amount, that's what you pay for the car. Our fee covers planning, booking and looking after you.
Do you take commissions from partners?
Some partners, such as property agents or schools, pay referral fees. When that applies to something you book, we tell you before you decide.
Do I pay a deposit?
For anything that needs research, advance bookings or third-party payments, yes. Simple single requests are paid on confirmation.
Can I cancel a monthly plan?
Yes, any month, with notice before your next billing date.
