Quotes and payment
Every booking is confirmed with a written quote before you pay. Work that needs research, advance bookings or third-party payments starts after a deposit.
Partner services
Many services are delivered by independent partners such as drivers, guides, agents, venues and schools. We choose them carefully and coordinate them for you, but each partner is responsible for the service it provides. Third-party costs are passed on at cost unless we tell you otherwise.
Visas and legal matters
We are not a visa agent, law firm or immigration sponsor. Visa and permit applications are handled by licensed agents and sponsors; the final decision rests with the Indonesian authorities.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms depend on the partners involved and are set out in your quote. Our own fee for work already done is non-refundable. Monthly plans can be cancelled with notice before the next billing date.
Emergencies
We are not an emergency service. In an emergency, contact the police, an ambulance or the nearest hospital directly.
